Arise Solutions provides the client specific training to ensure you receive the proper experience. CSPs are able to choose when they want to work, with a minimum requirement, plus a commitment to service for 4 to 5 hours on Saturday and Sunday. You may service more than one client, however, you cannot train for more than one client at a time. You will also need a computer with at least 2GB of memory and a plain landline telephone.You will need a USB headset for training, a T10 headset for servicing your clients, a computer with at least 2GB of memory and a plain landline telephone.
